Our professionally staffed Quality Assurance Department begins monitoring production as soon as the raw materials arrive at our facility and tracks the process until the final product is shipped to our customers. A variety of measurements are taken to insure that critical dimensions meet and exceed our customer’s expectations.

• Visual inspections of the injection molding process are performed on an hourly basis
• Sample measurements are taken and recorded twice per shift
• All measurements are taken in our climate controlled inspection and test laboratory using professionally calibrated equipment

We have multiple programs available for data analysis and can create customized quality plans to fit each customer’s specific needs. We offer a variety of data analysis and statistical process control reports including:
